Sydney winning six variables defined in the spirit of PwC culture, quality of life, the working age population, traffic congestion, ease of travel, and urban attractiveness. Sydney also ranks first for the development and sustainability of the natural environment, and second place for the health, safety and security.
“Sydney has a good quality of life, a strong attraction, and is designed as a beautiful seaside city with a sophisticated approach to modern culture,” writes PwC.
CEO of Crown Group, Iwan Sunito, said that despite a relatively young city with global standard, Sydney has conquered the world’s attention. The city is located at an important position between the cities like New York, Tokyo and London.
“International investors and global funds are increasingly recognizing the potential of Sydney. This prompted the Sydney property values experienced strong growth with the expansion will continue,” said Iwan.
